Sponsor Development Programme
The Sponsor Development Programme is an intensive five-day course covering the JSE Listings Requirements, Takeover Law, the Companies Act, Market Abuse, Governance and Ethics. Six to eight weeks after the course, delegates write the examinations covering the content of the course.

Reporting Accountant Specialist Programme
The JSE Listings Requirements (“JSE LR”) require any RA Specialist to attend the RA Specialist course on an annual basis if such person has NOT signed a relevant historical, pro forma or forecast report contained in a circular, PLS or prospectus during the calendar year, ending 31 May. The amendments to the JSE LR now require that RA Specialists write the JSE accreditation exam in order to qualify as an RA Specialist.

This course is designed for audit engagement partners of JSE equity and/or debt listed companies that are approved by the JSE. The course covers Headline Earnings and the following contents of the JSE Listings Requirements: General Principles, Important Definitions, General Obligations of Disclosure, Periodic Financial Reporting, Publication Guidance and Other Obligations, the Auditor Accreditation Model, Corporate Governance and much more.
