Reporting Accountant Specialist Programme

The recent amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements (applicable from mid-February 2026) have made attending the RASP Course voluntary.

The JSE Auditor/RAS Accreditation Model has been deleted in its entirety; therefore, it is no longer a requirement for Reporting Accountant Specialists (RAS) to attend JSE-approved training. However, it is important to note that the removal of the Auditor/RAS Accreditation Model from the JSE Listings Requirements does not impact or reduce the regulatory oversight of the IRBA.
